One of the best web widget builders that I have seen is Sprout.

I built my first test widget from scratch in under 30 minutes using some old video footage from my previous career…but you don’t have to start from scratch – they have several templates that are easy to use.

You really need to give it a try — why don’t you create a widget for your favorite non-profit!

Here is a widget that I created in about an hour — it even has my company linked as “sponsor” — that’s one way of slump proof marketing — if the nonprofit likes the widget and puts it on their site – then I’ll get some traffic and they’ll get donations.

This slump marketing tactic only cost me some time — and I’m providing a benefit to the non-profit to boot.
